Store Policies
Return Policy:
Texture allows returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To return your product, it must be in the original packaging. Texture will not accept items back that have been cut, glued or otherwise altered. The shipping costs will remain the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping Policy:
Texture generally ships within 1 business day of your paid order. Most of the time, UPS will be the method of delivery. However, we reserve the right to ship through alternative methods such as USPS. UPS deliveries are generally received within 6 business days of the ship date. USPS may take up to 10 days. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact Texture and we will intiate an investigation to get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
